We present our new COMCORE WALLI robotic platform – a device designed for the specific needs of heavy industry.
‏‏‎ ‎

COMCORE WALLI combines extraordinary features such as magnetism and lightness, creating a tool of unparalleled usability and efficiency.

One of the most unique aspects of the robot is its ability to climb any wall made of steel. This is possible thanks to the use of magnets that allow it to move in spaces that are usually inaccessible to standard robots.

COMCORE WALLI is equipped with special strips for mounting all kinds of sensors, cameras and robotic arms, which makes it an extremely flexible and versatile tool for data collection.

All measurement results are available for real-time analysis, giving you full control and instant access to the information you need.

What can be an exemplary application of the COMCORE WALLI robot?

COMCORE WALLI has found wide application in the pressure industry, where precise measurements of surface thickness in pressure devices subject to Technical Inspection Authority are required.

Measurements using ultrasonic testing (UTT/UTM) method allow for precise determination of:

– The actual thickness of the measured object

– Identification of areas susceptible to corrosion and erosion

– Periodic monitoring of their wear degree through measurement analysis

Examples of tested objects:

– Pipelines

– Tanks

– Structural elements

– Ship hulls

What additional solutions does COMCORE WALLI have?

Repair module – allowing to identify areas requiring immediate intervention, such as replacing a sealing wall or a damaged surface.

A module for draining water from under sheet pile walls – prevents flooding and allows you to work in a closed circuit – reduces water consumption during measurement

Damaged surface marking system – by creating marks on the surface subject to replacement

WALLI has been designed to meet the challenges of heavy industry and its innovative features and versatility are sure to prove invaluable in your daily operations.
